Cassia Bintan

Es hatte eine Nespresso-Maschine, aber keine Nespresso-Kapseln. Küchenabfalleimer hatte Geruch. Ansonsten war der Pool schön mit dem außergewöhnlichen Strand. Frühstück am Morgen, Mangel an Sitzgelegenheiten bei Regen, die meisten Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien und der Tisch waren nass. Die Überdachung verhindert nicht, dass der Regen auf die Stühle und Tische im Freien fällt. Möglicherweise müssen Sie sich nach einer besseren Unterkunft umsehen. Als es nicht regnete, kamen viele Vögel und Fliegen zu mir zum Frühstück, dafür muss eine Lösung gefunden werden. An meinem letzten Tag, wegen starkem Regen kein Sitzplatz frei, hole ich Essen und gehe zurück auf mein Zimmer und genieße mein Frühstück.

Love the place. It was clean, the staffs were friendly. The pool was a bit small and all activities are at additional cost. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay.

Room was clean. Its basically like a studio soho. Everything you need, they have it. Fridge, sofa, dining table, kitchen wares, electric stove, balcony.

I recently stayed at Cassia Bintan for a weekend getaway, and my experience was a mixed bag of highs and lows. Let's start with the positives. The beachfront location of the hotel is absolutely stunning. The serene atmosphere, with the sound of waves crashing gently against the shore, provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation. Whether you're lounging under the sun or taking a leisurely stroll along the coastline, the beach here is truly a gem. Now, onto the activities. The pool Zumba and bubble party were definitely highlights of my stay. The energetic instructor made the Zumba sessions both enjoyable and effective, and the bubble party added a fun and whimsical touch to the poolside atmosphere. It was great to see guests of all ages coming together to dance, laugh, and simply have a good time. However, despite these enjoyable aspects, I couldn't ignore the elephant in the room: the price. Unfortunately, the cost of staying at Cassia Bintan was quite steep, especially the food at the restaurant. While the beach and activities were fantastic, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was paying a premium for what should have been included in the standard rate. In conclusion, Cassia Bintan offers a picturesque beach setting, enjoyable activities like pool Zumba and bubble parties, but be prepared to dig deep into your pockets for the experience. If you're willing to splurge for a luxurious getaway, this might be the place for you. However, if you're budget-conscious, you may want to explore other options.

Great stay. Staff were friendly. Food options were quite limited and expensive. Great sea view.

For me the Best Beach Resort in Bintan Island. The infinity pool with nice white sand beach is a perfect combination

The experience was fantastic for a family with an infant. The facilities are shared by 3 resorts so that was great. Food was expensive but worth but portion size and the way it was presented. The service of the staff was excellent, everyone was very friendly and were prompt with answering the phone calls from the room as needed. It is situated right by the beach so it's perfect. It's great for friends or family who just want to relax by the beach for a getaway. The staff even picked us up from the ferry terminal and dropped us back which was a bonus.

Have a super nice view and a nice breakfast . Room is clean just that they don't change towel every day . Stay in seafront 2 bedroom the view is super super nice . Sunrise and sunset can see from balcony. Love the environment and will choose this hotel again in my next visit

The room is actually quite new and nice and the private beach is nice. Staff are v friendly. Drinks are good. But will consider banyan tree next time for better villa style. Activity coordinator Benny is good, but the activities he organised are not announced. Better publicity and proper gym/studio will be recommended. However, we had unpleasant experience with the hotel room facilities. There was 4 power trips upon check in. The air con was spoilt multiple times that we have to keep calling the engineer to come and fix. The worse is that the tap and shower water is actually brown colour. We were so gross out! Cos we showered in it without knowing, only realising it upon check out. Spoke to the hotel staff, but they are not able to compensate anything because i book through trip.com. hope trip.com is able to communicate with hotel to compensate us, perhaps another free stay or upgrade next visit.
